My research activity & interests

Now I'm working - within CMS experiment at CERN labs - in the following areas:

-> Standard Model Higgs boson search in the channel H->ZZ*->4Leptons (in particular vertexing and lepton impact parameter)

-> Muon Fake Rate & Muon-Identification + Muon reconstruction issues (for recent work - within 2010 - have a look HERE)

-> In the past I have contributed to CMS MC production on GRID and I'm still helping in CMS-T2 issues.

-> I'm also interested - but not directly active right now - in the CMS Tracker Performance studies.

Students in Bari looking for a Bachelor ("Triennale") thesis or a Master ("Specialistica"/"Quadriennale") thesis or a PhD thesis are welcome to contact me for details.
