Fluctuation relations in non-equilibrium stationary states of Ising models

Abstract

 

The fluctuations of the heat exchanged between an Ising system and two heat baths at different temperatures are studied with different kinetics and couplings between the system and the thermostats. We have verified the fluctuation relation above and below the critical temperature, predicted a scaling behaviour for the large $\\tau$ limit and calculated the finite $\\tau$ corrections valid for different geometries of the system and coupling with baths, with only one free parameter.
