The Workshop will take place in the Pinacoteca Comunale of the Conversano Castle  (Castello Aragonese).

Participants are expected to arrive on June 16th. In order to organize the shuttle service from Bari airport and Bari railway station to Conversano, we kindly ask participants to notify us the expected arrival time, date and place. In the evening of June 16th a Welcome party will take place at Grand Hotel d'Aragona.

Scientific sessions will start on June 17th at 9:00 in the morning. The workshop will end on June 20th by 13:30.

SCIENTIFIC INFORMATION

• The preliminary scientific programme will be available by May 25th.
• A Windows-XP laptop connected to a multimedia projector will be operative during the sessions for electronic presentations. The formats supported are Postscript, PDF, Powerpoint.   A traditional  projector for slides will also be available.
• Posters will be exposed for all the duration of the workshop and a session will be devoted to their discussion. The space available for each poster will be 90  x 120 cm.
• The files of talks and posters will be put on the web page of the workshop.

COMPUTER FACILITIES

Some computers connected to the network will be provided during the workshop. For laptops a wireless connection will also be available.

For those who have not provided yet to the fee payment, it will be possible to pay cash at the registration desk (in Euro).
