                  A car  will wait for Niemi   (AZ7141) and Wereszczinski   (AZ1635 from Milano) at 16:30 at  Bari Palese airport.

                  A car  will wait for Eeg at 21:15  (LH2810) at  Bari Palese airport.

16 JUNE: 

People arriving by plane at the Bari-Palese airport

At the Bari airport there will be a meeting point: Ms. Barbara,  reachable at the telephone number 3384480078.

Shuttle  services from the airport to the conference site:

                      a) shuttle for Anastasiou, Del Debbio, Fajfer (AZ1601) and Alford  (AZ7111), 
                          departure at approximately 11:50 a.m.

                      b) shuttle for Faccioli, Casalbuoni  and  Ecker, Shovkovy (LH2833)  departure at approximately 15:30.

                      c) shuttle for d'Enterria,  Pham, Pillot, Sadzjian (2 persons), Simolo (AZ1635), Portoles, Malvezzi, Brambilla, Jia, Vairo: departure at   approximately  17:00.

                      d) taxi for Zappalà and Feruglio  (18:40 from Rome) . 

People arriving at the Bari Railway station:

 a) Shuttle for  Antonelli, Lombardo, Shirkov and   Di Salvo (2 persons): departure at approximately 19:00 from the Bari railway station (meeting point: piazza Aldo Moro, close to the stop of the bus to the airport) .  

Arrivals by car: please go to  Grand Hotel d'Aragona for registration.

17 JUNE:  A car  will  wait for Hurth and Di Nezza (AZ1601) at 10:25 at Bari Palese airport.

                  A car  will wait for Ferroni at 18:40 at Bari Palese airport.

19 JUNE:  A car   will wait for Battaglieri (AZ1601) at 10:25 at Bari Palese airport.

                   A car  will wait for Maiani (AZ1607) at 18:35 at Bari Palese airport

Participants wishing to use the shuttle service and  not included in the above table are kindly requested to communicate us date and time of their arrival.

Secretariat

The workshop secretariat for registration will be operative on June 16th, starting at 5 pm, in Grand Hotel d'Aragona, and in the following days in Castello Aragonese.

If you have an electronic file of your presentation (PS, PPT, PDF), please provide us a copy on a diskette or the URL address where it is possible to dowload it.  Another possibility is to email us the presentation at the workshop address.
